“Registered User” is a User who has registered and created an account to purchase and access the paid Content and Products offered by mabcx.
“Website” includes all the Content offered to you and Registered Users.
Intellectual Property and Copyright
You should assume that everything you see or read on the Website is protected by copyright unless otherwise stated and may only be used according to these Terms.
For paid products and services, Direct Bank Deposit and Credit Cards are acceptable methods of payment. Payments via Credit Card use the PayPal payment gateway, and you are responsible for having the ability to log in and use PayPal for this type of payment. Payments via Direct Bank Deposit are made directly by you, using the bank information provided via email when products and services are purchased.
Rescheduling, Cancellation, Refunds, and Termination Policy
Both you and mabcx have the right to cancel or terminate the use of any service for any reason. No refunds shall be offered for products or services purchased where the Product is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. Any amount that has been paid to us, which constitutes payment in respect of the provision of unused Services, shall be refunded.
Rescheduling of services, cancellation, and refunds rules, when applicable, are defined by the Product and specified on their specific page on the Website.
We may terminate or suspend these Terms at any time without notice to you.
